Mrs. Miriam LeBlanc, Usborne Books, presented a check for $1,070 to
Madison, Elias, and Erica upon the completion of the 5th grade '2008
Reach for the Stars' program. The money will be used to pay for the
5th grades trip to the Henry Doorly Zoo in May.

The fifth graders:

a) Read 29,654 minutes ... 492.7 hours.

b) Collected $3,565 in pledges.

c) Selected numerous books for their personal and classroom libraries.
